How do I delete my account?

Email us at privacy@nestcare.me from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my Nest account". We'll confirm and permanently remove all your data within 30 days. You can also delete your account directly in the app from Menu → Delete Account.

Is Nest really free?

Yes — while the app is in TestFlight and early access. If we introduce paid features in the future, we'll clearly disclose them and existing users will keep their current features free.

Can I use Nest without connecting Gmail or Outlook?

Absolutely. Email monitoring is optional. You can use routines, calendar, care updates, and all other features without ever connecting an email account.

Does Nest share my family's data with anyone?

Never. Read our Privacy Policy for details — we don't sell data, don't show ads, and don't share with third parties beyond the technical services needed to run the app.

How do I report a bug?

Email hello@nestcare.me with your device type (iPhone model), iOS version, and a description of what went wrong. Screenshots help a lot.

Is Nest available on Android?

Currently Nest is in TestFlight for iOS only. Android is on our roadmap — email us if you'd like to be notified when it launches.
